يقع سبيل الرحمة غربي بابي
الرحمة والتوبة في المسافة بينهما وبين الطرف الشرقي لصحن الصخرة الواقعة في قلب
المسجد الأقصى المبارك، حديث العهد، وقد أنشأته لجنة التراث الإسلامي في الشهر
التاسع من سنة 1416هـ- 1995م، وهو عبارة عن اثنتي عشرة حنفية عامرة ومستعملة.
