سبيل الشيخ بدير– بالمسجد

يقع سبيل الشيخ بدير إلى
الجنوب الشرقي من باب الحبس، غرب البائكة الشمالية الغربية التي تقود إلى قبة
الصخرة في قلب المسجد الأقصى المبارك، ويسمى أيضا سبيل البديري. وقد قام السلطان
العثماني محمود الأول ببنائه عام 1153هـ – 1740م، بإشراف من مصطفى آغا قائم مقام
القدس، وبأمر من الوالي عثمان بيك. وقد نقشت على السبيل أبيات شعرية مقروءة
وجميلة، في رخامه على حائطه الشرقي، وهو اليوم معطل، رغم أنه مر بترميم حديث على
يد دائرة الأوقاف الإسلامية. ويقع عند الطرف الشمالي
الغربي لهذا السبيل مصطبة تحمل نفس الاسم ، هي مصطبة الشيخ بدير.

For Sheikh Bedier is located to the south-east of the door confinement, West North West arcature, which leads to the Dome of the Rock in the heart of Al-Aqsa Mosque, also called for al-Badri.
